The main aim is to develop a new study program focused on transcultural competence, implemented in nursing curricula in beneficiary HEIs in Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This will benefit both the educators and the students. The program will support students in caring for new populations and people on the move, as well as students with migration backgrounds entering studying in Western Balkans.

The project will develop and innovate teaching materials and methods to integrate cultural competencies in nursing education to increase the skills of the health care workforce. The project will also train nursing faculty from beneficiary universities.
